2. Enhances Test Process and Adaptability in Testing Practices.

3. Defining, Designing, Implement and Enhance Test Metrics and Test Reports

4. Communication and Presentation Skills

5. Agile Methodology Experience

6. Current Market Trends (Test Tools, AI and Machine Learning Awareness, etc) 

7.Security Testing Awareness
